Cactus Classic 2023 Invitation

The only one of its kind, the 2023 Cactus Classic is entering its sixth exciting year. This basketball tournament offers participants a chance to be part of a unique, nationwide event that highlights the spirit of sportsmanship and team play.

Touchstone Rehabilitation invites athletes with upper or lower prosthetics due to extremity amputations to participate. This stand-up tournament, open to all athletes with limb loss, invites players at all basketball levels to join the nation’s biggest stand-up national basketball event.

This year’s tournament will be held on May 13th and 14th at the Ability360 Sports and Fitness Center at 5031 E. Washington Street. Registration is now open for teams and free agents. Play begins on both days at 12:30 pm. We expect this event to be well-attended by participants, their friends and family members, Ability360 members, and community partners.

Saturday’s events will be either 3-on-3 bracket or round-robin competition and recreation events with trophies for 1st and 2nd place. Sunday will feature 5-on-5 teams chosen by captains in a Snake Draft.

The registration fees include lunch and a T-shirt. Scholarships are available. Those who don’t wish to participate are encouraged to join in the fun and camaraderie by attending as spectators.
