Oct. 19 is Wheeling in Nature Cottonwood
Time for some fun! Now that the weather is cooler, it’s time to have some fun and enjoy time in the great outdoors. The Arizona SPinal Cord Injury Association is hosting a fun day!
Attendees will enjoy fishing, kayaks, games for the kids, a BBQ lunch and parking. All fully accessible. The trail around the lake is paved.

Sign up here. Limited transportation is available on a first come first served basis (see signup).
Cost:
$5 per person for the entire day including all activities and lunch. Free for veterans, reserve members, and active duty personnel.
Directions:
From Phoenix: Take the I-17 north to exit 287- Highway 260 to Cottonwood. Hwy 260 intersects with 89A/Main Street. Left on Main St. to North 10th St. Turn right (north) on North 10th St. Continue on North 10th across the Verde River Bridge to the park Entrance. Go to Jay Loop to Ramada #5 and #6.
